About

Oakmayne was formed in 1993 and initially operated through a number of strategic joint venture developments. It is now an established part of the London property market. Oakmayne has completed over 40 development projects in Central London creating over 1,500 residential properties, two hotels and over 100,000 sq ft of commercial space. Distinguished by good architecture and quality design, these projects have set new standards in the local marketplaces around them, generating record breaking price levels and never before achieved sales rates.

Operating directly or through strategic joint ventures, Oakmayne Properties has the expertise and local London knowledge to deliver the full spectrum of development. These include new build, conversion and refurbishment projects ranging from mixed use, mixed tenure regeneration schemes to the restoration of Grade I listed buildings creating unique super-prime residences.

This ability to be flexible and anticipate the demands of both global investors and owner occupiers, that the London property market attracts, is one of the reasons why Oakmayne has remained successful and robust through market cycles, and changing and challenging conditions.

Oakmayne works with leading banks, financial institutions, private investors, equity funds and listed companies. To deliver the developments Oakmayne collaborates with internationally renowned architectural practices, exceptional professionals, leading design houses, art curators and organisations including English Heritage and The Crown Estate.

Under the Oakmayne Properties brand, the focus has been on development in important regeneration areas around the capital, particularly on the Southbank in Borough Market and Elephant & Castle, now one of London’s hottest redevelopment areas.
